Dubai Investments Park Angola (DIP Angola), a groundbreaking mixed-use development spanning 2,000 hectares along the Atlantic coast in Dande province, 50 kilometers from Luanda is all set to become Angola’s first fully integrated economic zone, setting a new example in the region’s urban planning and economic growth.

Dubai Investments, the prominent UAE-based investment company listed on the Dubai Financial Market, draws on the success of Dubai Investments Park (DIP) in the UAE to bring this ambitious project to life. The project is currently 99% leased, with over 1,200 plots occupied, more than 5,000 tenants, and a residential population exceeding 120,000. This high occupancy rate underscores the strong demand and robust economic potential of the development.

As the inaugural integrated zone in the nation, DIP Angola stands apart from the existing economic zones, which are limited to commercial uses and still undergoing infrastructure development.
